The air feels soft this morning. There was a light mist draped across the back pasture when I went out to feed the horses. The sun was just beginning to filter through the trees along the outdoor arena, dappling the lush green dew covered grass with patches of gold. All the horses are well, and fed.
The mist has now burned off and the air foretells the coming heatwave. Mmmmmm Popsicles, ice cream and ice cold lemonade.
